Karolina Urbanska is  a social scientist with 8 years of research and data analytical experience. She has a deep interest in understanding people, their attitudes, and behaviours, an interest that led her to a PhD in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast. She specialises in survey and experimental research and quantitative analysis.  She has experience in academic, charity, and consultancy sectors and she conducted research in the UK, France, and Malaysia, working with collaborators and clients locally and internationally.
